What contract stitching means for your parts
Contract stitching is turnkey sewing for soft-goods brands: we cut materials to spec, stitch with the correct seam allowance, and deliver finished parts or complete kits. For many projects, die cutting upstream gives you repeatable edges, clean corners, and faster throughput on the sewing line — perfect for textiles, foams, felts, laminates, leathers and more.
Because we’re a Lewiston, Maine shop, you also get short lead times, easy communication, and Made in USA assurance for your customers.
Our build process: sewing + die cutting that scales
- Material intake & sourcing. We receive your rolls/sheets or source to spec.
- Cutting. Steel die cutting or electric knife cutting — chosen by part geometry, tolerances, and volume.
- Stitching. Lockstitch, zig-zag, bartack, edge binding, and top-stitching with calibrated seam allowances.
- Branding. Labels, tags, and compliant packaging as required.
- QC & documentation. Lot tracking and check-sheets per run.
- Assembly & kitting. Multi-part sets packed to your specifications; retail or bulk.
- Shipping. Bulk to your DC or drop ship to customers.
